Such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and Coast to Coast expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

FINANCIAL INFORMATION

Privacy Policy  We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties.

Payment Coast to Coast accept payment for Hire, Lessons, Tours, Retail or Vouchers. We accept cash or cheques at point of sale in person or for online transactions we accept bacs, credit card, debit card or paypal payments.

VAT All products and services shown on this website are inclusive of VAT.

Deposits For all group and some individual lessons and tours Coast to Coast will request a deposit in advance. Where a deposit is required and booking is subsequently cancelled by the customer earlier than 30 days before the tour departure date or lesson date the deposit shall be repaid in full. We reserve the right to retain 50% of deposits if booking is cancelled by the customer inside 30 days before the tour or the lesson date. If cancellation occurs inside 14 days from date of departure or lesson we reserve the right to hold the full deposit.

Full payment for tours is required 30 days before tour leaving date, group lessons full payment is expected a week in advance, for individual lessons or hires payment in full is expected on the day of lesson or hire. For new or 2nd hand equipment payment in full is required at point of order.

TERMS OF TRADE

Ordering Coast to Coast provide online and a manual booking service for our lessons and hires. For all payments in advance of lessons you will receive notification of bookings and deposits. We will only confirm orders for retail after checking stock availability.

We hold limited retail stock in-house and for retail we aim whenever possible to keep stock responses within a 48 hour delivery time after confirmation with customers.

Delivery We post to UK mainland only and all orders are subject to customer communication first. We insist on sending all orders recorded delivery and postage costs (where applicable) are payable at point of sale.

Returns Should there be an issue with your product or service at any stage please get in touch and we will try and sort out as quickly as possible. We accept returns within seven days of receipt by the customer where the item is returned in original packaging and condition. We regret wetsuits cannot be returned after being used in water.

All Coast to Coast Vouchers  must be used with in a one year time frame from point of purchase within the lesson or tour opening times. Please note we do not offer refunds for vouchers. We will only in exceptional circumstances consider offering an extension to period of use so please use within the year!

COMMUNICATION, DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

Coast to Coast Newsletters and Membership In order to receive our weekly e-mail newsletters or become a Coast to Coast Member you will be required to register with Coast to Coast. Any personal information supplied to Coast to Coast as part of this registration process will be collected, stored and used in accordance with our privacy and data protection policy. If you’re under 16 we insist on a parent’s or guardian’s permission before signing onto our membership scheme.

Coast to Coast Privacy and Data Protection policy All information we store about you will solely be used for Coast to Coast information, service and marketing purposes that you have given consent too. We will not share your details with any external or third parties. All customer information held by Coast to Coast is subject to the Data Protection Act 1998.
