SURF SKATE INTERMEDIATE LESSON

At this level we look at the fundamentals movement skills needed to perform the foundation skills of surfing. We teach you the correct techniques, use fun drills and video analysis to improve your body posture, so you can skate and surf better.

We recommend 4 to 6 lessons spaced out over a season – to cover the level 5 content.

We cover one foundation move per lesson – such as the bottom turn, the snap, or the cut back to roundhouse. We look at the techniques needed to cover successful repetition of the moves forehand and backhand.

Coast to Coast provide a wide range of specialist skateboards and have used this development process to train our top young surfers since 2012 with great success. This course covers Coast to Coast level 5 surf skate programme.

This is a 1 hour course and we recommend prior skate experience or the improver and beginner surf skate courses.

Availability : Weekly June to October. Tours.
