SUP SKILL BUILDER (LEVEL 2)

This is our second paddleboard lesson and takes paddlers into the more exposed open water environment and we also work on technical paddle skills.

We look at how to paddle safely on the coast and adapt skills to the conditions on the day, whether its paddling more efficiently, learning new turns, dealing with chop or wind, learning self rescue and more. It an excellent introduction into paddling safely in the sea (SUP Tour – level 3 takes this further).

Dunbar is a fantastic SUP location with amazing variety of geology, historic castles, harbour and lots of friendly wildlife – a great place to paddle and explore!

Availability : Weekly from April to October.

In the event of no waves, you will be contacted in advance and offered an alternative sport suitable to the weather conditions, such as stand up paddle, coasteering, surf skate or a beginner zero surf class.  Our range of sports means that we can offer an activity in all but the most extreme weather conditions.
