Junior Holiday Surf Camp

Current Surf Conditions

Belhaven Bay Surf Forecast 6/10/2026

Indications are very positive for a good run of surf through October for the east coast starting this week on Thursday.

It currently looks like we will get waves for all levels that last over the weekend and right through next weeks October holidays.

We have lessons and hires for all levels every day just now on a seven day basis. Booking is also open for junior courses in the October holidays. We would also encourage early bookings for this weekend.

Congratulations to the Scottish junior team returning after finishing 7th in the European Junior championships in Ireland. The best ever result by a Scottish junior team internationally!!! There were stand out performances particularly from Callie from Fraserburgh and Ansel from Dunbar but also every junior made at least one round – the first time ever again for a Scottish team. With two thirds of the team living in Dunbar and North Berwick we are also especially proud of our local kids from the Belhaven Surf Club!

They where very welcoming, and I received great instruction throughout and where happy to answer any questions during the session. I would definitely recommend a session here especially if you've never surfed in the sea to gain some confidence.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great for kids, but organising better is a must, haphazard, and lack sticking to start and finish times. So be prepared for a lot of standing about waiting for 3rd tries of wet suites, almost an hour to get everyone ready  which could be better organised.

The group size was around 7 I think, and we got lucky with perfect conditions. Our instructor Alex was great, took the time to explain things really thoroughly and was good for providing feedback throughout. All the staff were lovely and it was a great setting!
