FINANCIAL INFORMATION

Payment Coast to Coast accept payment for Retail, Hire, Lessons, Tours or vouchers in pounds sterling only. We accept cash or cheques at point of sale in person or for online transactions we accept credit card or debit card payments via Paypal.

Coast to Coast staff do not have access at any stage to any customer financial information.

VAT All products and services shown on this website are inclusive of VAT.

Deposits For all group and some individual lessons and tours Coast to Coast request a deposit in advance. Where a deposit is requested and booking is subsequently cancelled by the customer earlier than 30 days before the tour departure date or the lesson date the deposit shall be repaid in full. We reserve the right to retain 50% of deposits if booking is cancelled by the customer inside 30 days from the date of departure for tours or the lesson date. If cancellation occurs inside 14 days from date of departure or lesson we reserve the right to hold the full deposit.

TERMS OF TRADE

Ordering Coast to Coast advertise products and brands we feel offer value for money and we only confirm orders after checking stock or availability.

We hold limited retail stock inhouse and use external suppliers to offer wider choice. (We aim whenever possible to keep stock responses within a 48 hour delivery time after confirmation with customers for all products except Snugg Wetsuits which due to the made to order custom nature will take longer).

Delivery We post to UK mainland only and all orders are subject to customer communication first. We insist on sending all orders recorded delivery and postage costs (where applicable) are payable at point of sale.

Returns Should there be an issue with your products at any stage please get in touch and we will try and sort out as quickly as possible. We accept returns within seven days of receipt by the customer where the item is returned in original packaging and condition. We regret wetsuits cannot be returned after being used in water.

All Coast to Coast Vouchers  must be used with in a one year time frame from point of purchase. Please note we do not offer refunds for vouchers. We will only in exceptional circumstances consider offering an extension to period of use so please use within the year!

COMMUNICATION, DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

Coast to Coast Newsletters and Membership In order to receive our weekly e-mail newsletters or become a Coast to Coast Member you will be required to register with Coast to Coast. Any personal information supplied to Coast to Coast as part of this registration process will be collected, stored and used in accordance with our privacy and data protection policy. If you’re under 16 we insist on a parent’s or guardian’s permission before signing onto our membership scheme.

Coast to Coast Privacy and Data Protection policy All information we store about you will solely be used for Coast to Coast information, service and marketing purposes that you have given consent too. We will not share your details with any external or third parties. All customer information held by Coast to Coast is subject to the Data Protection Act 1998.
