Coast to Coast was formed in 2004 and has quickly become one of Scotland’s leading surf schools. It was set up to provide high quality surf instruction in the art of surf riding, introducing newcomers to ideal beginner beaches while emphasizing safety and wave etiquette.

The company has taken positive steps to look after our coastal environment, actively supporting regular beach cleans and demonstrations with Surfers Against Sewage on local issues effecting our coastline.

We have also been heavily involved in building a watersports community at Belhaven beach, starting the Belhaven Surf Club and sponsoring a C2C Junior team while actively working with other watersports users such as kitesurfers, kayakers and bodyboarders to encourage curtious behaviour in the surf zone – a friendly smile from the start goes a long way!

In 2008 Coast to Coast also took on Sally Harris as an assistant who in 2010 became  Scotlands first female surf instructor. In 2011 we have also expanded our surf riding portfolio of sports launching  Bodyboarding and Stand Up Paddling lessons and courses that will in 2012 match our top quality surf program.
